Cleaning robot hire and rental in the UK
Hire an autonomous scrubber, sweeper or vacuum on a monthly plan. The fee is built to include the robot, installation and UK servicing, so the cost stays predictable. The price and the term are quoted for your site, ex VAT.

What the monthly fee is for
A hire quote is written around the robot, installation and mapping, staff training, and UK maintenance. Parts, software updates and remote monitoring are listed in the quote when they are included.

How hire works
- Site survey — we look at the floors, the hours and the dock.
- Trial, when it is the right next step.
- Install and train the people who will live with the robot.
- Service — UK maintenance against the plan you signed.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to hire a cleaning robot?
The monthly fee is quoted for the robot, the site and the term, ex VAT. It is not a single national price. Ask for a quote and we will set the figure out before you commit.
What is the minimum hire term?
The term is agreed in the quote. We state the minimum commitment before you sign.
Is maintenance included?
On an all-inclusive hire plan, yes: the quote lists maintenance, parts and software updates that are inside the fee, and anything that is not.
Can we try before committing?
A site survey comes first. Where a trial is the right next step, we will say so in the proposal rather than promise one on every floor.
What happens if the robot breaks down?
You call us. The hire plan includes UK service. Response times are confirmed in the quote, not assumed.
Do cleaning robots replace cleaners?
They take repetitive floor work. People still do detail, clutter and the jobs a robot should not attempt.
What floor types and site sizes are suitable?
Large, reasonably open hard floors in offices, warehouses, shops, care homes, schools and transport hubs are the usual fit. A survey confirms the floor, the clutter and the dock.
Do you cover my area?
We supply and service commercial robots in the United Kingdom. Tell us the town and we will confirm cover for that site.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can lease over 36 months with installation and service included, through our UK finance partner. Ask us for a quote.
