Stephen is the co-founder and CEO of RoboMercato, drawing on over 20 years of experience rapidly scaling tech-enabled businesses across Europe and North America. With a background in Engineering from Cambridge University, Stephen is passionate about bringing the benefits of AI-enabled robots to the broadest possible community of businesses and consumers globally.

Peter is the co-founder and CMO of RoboMercato, bringing over 25 years' experience leading brand and growth for B2B technology companies across the UK and Asia-Pacific. As founder of OCMO and long-time MD/Chairman of creative agency bbp, he has helped startups and global enterprises scale — and he's passionate about making AI-enabled robots accessible and valuable for businesses and consumers worldwide.

Ji Zhang

Director of Supply & Partnerships

Ji leads Supply & Partnerships at RoboMercato, working with robotics manufacturers, technology partners, and enterprise customers to accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled robotics. With a PhD and over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, technology strategy and startup growth, he brings a blend of technical and commercial expertise to building strategic partnerships.

Michael Cox

UK Sales Director

Michael leads UK sales at RoboMercato, connecting robotics manufacturers with the operators, integrators, and enterprises ready to deploy them. With nearly 15 years in commercial leadership across waste, 3PL, packaging, and sustainability, he has spent his career turning emerging technology into real world commercial outcomes. Michael combines deep sector knowledge with a practical understanding of AI and automation.
