Where each robot fits

Restaurants, hotels, cafés, and hospital and staff canteens. The floor scrubber suits front-of-house and back-of-house hard floors. The serving robot runs plates between pass and table. The wok robot sits in a high-volume kitchen. We match the machine to the job on a site survey.

Installation, training and service

We install the robot, train your team and keep it running. Service & Support adds two engineer visits a year, consumables and a named case owner.

Frequently asked questions

Do robot waiters replace staff?

No. They take repetitive plate running so the team can stay with guests. The useful pattern is assist, not replace.

How wide do aisles need to be?

It depends on the robot. The Keenon Dinerbot T8 is specified for 550 mm aisles and the T11 for 490 mm aisles. We measure your routes on a site survey before we recommend a model.

Can a robot use the lift for room service?

Some hotel robots, including the Keenon Butlerbot W3, are specified for multi-floor room service with lift integration. Whether your lift can be used is confirmed on a site survey.

What does the Botinkit Omni cook?

The Botinkit Omni is an automated wok-cooking robot for high-volume restaurant kitchens. We confirm the menu it can run when we quote.

Who services the robots?

RoboMercato installs, trains your team and services the robots we supply. See the Service & Support plan.

Can I spread the cost?
